At Kinetics, our 6-week challenge has become famous in the Lytham, St Annes and Blackpool area. Our 6-week challenge is designed for women who are serious about shedding pounds.


Everything is tailored to you (which is why we only take on 6 people at a time). We work on your fitness and nutrition and make you accountable. You are guaranteed to get results if you follow the challenge.


You have access to 70 classes per week, which can all be booked online using our app. You’ll also get access to nutrition lessons and recipe resources through our accountability and coaching app, and be able to track your results and message your coach. PLUS, you become part of our Facebook community and get access online to home workouts from your coach.

The six-week challenge - there’s a clue in the name - CHALLENGE! I saw the Kinetics post on Facebook and made the best split-second decision I’ve ever made. What did I have to lose?? I was depressed with the way I looked and felt...I knew I desperately needed something to get me back on track. When I signed up I was given my target of losing 10 kg in six weeks (with a 10-day holiday smack bang in the middle!), I never thought it would be possible.


With determination, willpower and support, l lost 10.6 kg. At the start, I was given a food plan and shopping list. I found ways of making the food feel like a treat but still be in the plan, taking inspiration from the recipes provided. The three classes a week are great and all the trainers are fabulous. They push you, but give you options. Each week it’s a new routine so you never get bored. You get to work at YOUR maximum, not someone else’s. I can’t thank the team enough for all the help and highly recommend the six-week challenge to anyone who feels the same as I did six weeks ago.

You will be WITH A TRAINER 3 days per week taken through the most cutting-edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. AND – You will be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results.

Nutrition

Nutrition Plan

We will sit down with you and make you your own custom meal plan. Exactly what you need, given your body, schedule, and food preferences, so it is not only doable but enjoyable. We adjust every week as needed to make sure you see results week in, week out.

Accountability

Direct Line of Contact

You will have your own personal accountability coach whenever you need it (even outside the gym!) for help, tips, advice and extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also check-in with you week to celebrate your success and keep you on track.
